Gábor Deák is a consultant ophthalmologist at the Department of Ophthalmology at the Medical University of Vienna.
His clinical focus is medical retina, and uveitis, as well as complex anterior segment surgery. He also serves as Director of Grading at the Vienna Reading Center.
In this function he has provided oversight and guidance in the analysis of multiple industry sponsored multicenter RCTs as well as academic trials. He completed a fellowship in medical retina and uveitis at Northwester University, Chicago in 2018.
Dr. Deák is the author or co-author of <70 peer reviewed publications and congress presentations.
