She’s responsible of VISIUM, which has a group of 6 ophtalmology specialised centres around Ukraine
currently practices general ophthalmology and contact lens fitting with an emphasis on specialty contact lenses for overnight corneal reshaping, corneal ectasies, post-refractive surgery and severe dry еуе patients in private eye clinic in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Dr. Kashchenko graduated with Honors’ as MD from Sumy State University and gained her professional qualifications as general ophthalmologist during her residency in Kharkov Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. In 2014, she completed her Fellowship program in Refractive Surgery (USA).
Dr.Kashchenko has been practicing orthokeratology for the last 12 years and has lectured a lot nationally and internationally, spreading the main principles and benefits of overnight orthokeratology among ophthalmologists. She is Fellow of European Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control and former representative member of EurOk in Ukraine (2014 -2017).
As an independent tutor, she provides educational courses & trainings, troubleshooting and clinical support in areas of orthokeratology, visual optics, specialty contact lens fitting and myopia control for eye care specialists.
