Conversion of EACCME credits to AMA credits
Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EACCME credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME for ECMEC credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Public transport: Take Malpensa Express to Milano Cadorna or Milano Centrale, then take the underground M2 to Abbiategrasso. Take the bus to Istituto Clinico Humanitas (private service every 20 min, cost: € 1)

From Linate Airport
Public transport: Take bus 73 or X73 to Milano San Babila M1, then take the underground M1 to Milano Cadorna, then take the underground M2 to Abbiategrasso. Take the bus to Istituto Clinico Humanitas (private service every 20 min, cost: € 1)

By train
From Central Station
Public transport: Take the underground M2 to Abbiategrasso. Take the bus to Istituto Clinico Humanitas (private service every 20 min, cost: € 1 )

By car
Motorways: From all the motorway exits follow indications for tangenziale ovest (west ring road) and, once on it, exit at Ticinese/Rozzano. After the stop from the ring road onto dei Giovi road (ss35), turn right. Turn right again at the traffic light, in via M. Amiata which becomes via Isonzo, then right again following the indications for Istituto Clinico Humanitas.

VISA / Letters of Invitation

Invitation Letter

If you are requested to have an invitation letter of the conference you can print it online once you have completed your registration. The invitation letter is only for regular delegates whose payments are received by the congress secretariat. The invitation letter may not be sufficiet to obtain VISA to enter Italy.

ESASO recommends to check your VISA status carefully when evaluating to register to the conference.

If you are a citizen from China (RPC –  中華人民共和國-  中华人民共和国 ) in accordance to the agreements between the Authorities, you are requested to obtain a guarantee letter issued by our congress secretariat. Please contact us at congress.asa@esaso.org for more instructions.

Visa

All foreigners intending to enter Italy must provide the documentation required to justify the reasons and duration of their stay as well as, in some prescribed cases, the availability of adequate economic means and lodging. If you need a visa, the application can be made at the Italian Diplomatic and Consular Representations in your country of residence.

• VISA application may take up to 120 days ! Check the requirements as soon as possible to be sure.
• VISA application fee is from Euro 35 to Euro 116 per person to be paid at application, in local currency, to the Consulate or Embassy directly.
